I have done a little bit more of the foal today although not as much as I would like to have done! I have spent half the day fighting with my printers. I have managed to break one of them and the other is being very temperamental. Also been sorting out things that I have to take with me to Spain next week. / He hecho un poco más de la actual potro aunque no tanto como me gustaría haberlo hecho! He pasado la mitad del día luchando con mis impresoras. He conseguido romper una de ellas y la otra es que es muy temperamental.También se han clasificar las cosas que tengo que llevar conmigo a España la próxima semana.

Here is another drawing done very recently. I have decided to maybe take on a few commissions of children.. I have turned down so many in the past but having done a couple now, I do not mind accepting maybe one or two. Oh, and I know I did not blog yesterday, it was my birthday and I had the evening off!! / He aquí otro dibujo hecho hace muy poco. He decidido tomar tal vez en algunas comisiones de los niños .. He rechazado muchos en el pasado, sino de haber hecho un par ahora, no me importa aceptar tal vez uno o dos. Ah, y sé que no blog de ayer, que era mi cumpleaños y yo tenía la noche libre! :-D

A change of policy. / un cambio de política

A partir de hoy, que exigirá un depósito del 50% no retornables en las comisiones TODOS. Aquí es el comienzo de un nuevo dibujo de un potro muy joven .... Voy a tratar de actualizar las fotos a diario.

A few more photos of the Whippet and the Lurcher. I managed to finish the other little project I have been working on and started another one today. A young foal - some people who have watched my work for a while will recognise this foal once I get it here on the blog. I have drawn it already but a customer wants an original of it. Whilst it will be very similar to the first drawing, it will still be unique as it is an original piece of art.

Unas cuantas fotos más de la Whippet y el Lurcher. Me las arreglé para terminar el otro proyecto poco que he estado trabajando y comenzó otro día de hoy uno. Un joven potro - algunas personas que han visto mi trabajo por un tiempo reconocerá este potro una vez que lo consigue aquí en el blog. He sacado ya, pero un cliente quiere un original de la misma. Whippet and Lurcher playing rough! / Whippet y Lurcher jugar rudo!

I have been doing a drawing today (not putting it on the blog as yet). I also went to photograph a beautiful whippet and his Lurcher friend. They were playing really roughly and having great fun. It amazed me how much of the time the whippet had no feet on the ground.... They look like they are killing each other but rest assured, they are best friends! Will put more photos here tomorrow.

He estado haciendo un dibujo de hoy (no se lo ponga en el blog hasta ahora). También fui a fotografiar un whippet hermoso y su amiga Lurcher. Estaban jugando muy cerca y con gran diversión. Me sorprendió la cantidad de tiempo que el galgo no tenía pies en el suelo .... Parecen que están matando a cada uno de otros, pero aseguró resto, que son los mejores amigos! Pondremos más fotos aquí mañana.

I am getting on quite well with this today. Had to photograph it just now though incase it rains again and I like to photograph drawings outside. I plan to continue drawing this afternoon and evening. /

Me estoy haciendo el bien con esto hoy. Tenía que fotografiar un momento a pesar de que encajona vuelve a llover y me gusta los dibujos de fotografía exterior. Pienso seguir dibujando esta tarde y noche.

Labrador, a new commission started. / Labrador, una nueva comisión empezó

Right today we have the latest commission. I started this yesterday but had no opportunity to take a decent photo so here he is today. This drawing is A4 in size. I have made the background darker because the top of his head is so pale that it wouldn't be seen otherwise! / Haga hoy tenemos la última comisión. I spent the day at Wincanton horse races yesterday and took too many photos to put here so I have selected a few - some for the colours, some for the action and some for the shapes... We only had one short shower of rain and the rest of the time it was mostly sunny. A bit cold but at least it was not windy. If you take a close look at the photo of the rider on the ground, look at where that horses hoof is going to land. The heavy horse in harness was there because Badger Beers sponsor one of the races and this was one of their draught horses on display there. / Pasé el día en las carreras de caballos Wincanton ayer y tomó muchas fotos para poner aquí, así que he seleccionado unos pocos - algunos de los colores, algunas de las medidas y algunas de las formas ... Sólo había una ducha corta de la lluvia y el resto del tiempo era soleado. Un poco frío, pero al menos no había viento. Si usted toma una mirada cercana a la foto del jinete en el suelo, mira en que los caballos del casco va a la tierra. The donkeys are finished!! / Los burros se acaban!

I finished the donkey drawing last night but it was too late to photograph it so here it is. This drawing is being donated to The Donkey Sanctuary in Devon for them to do what they like with it as a fund raiser. I went down there a while ago to take photos of the foals with a view to doing this drawing. I am calling it "Mother's Love" although the sanctuary may change the name.

Terminé el burro de dibujo anoche pero ya era demasiado tarde para fotografiarlo así que aquí está. Este dibujo está siendo donado a The Donkey Sanctuary en Devon para que hagan lo que quieran con ella como un recaudador de fondos. I think this will be the final progress report you see on this, I think I will probably be able to finish this drawing this evening. I am going to take my dog up to the studio to keep him away from the fireworks and so I will be working late. I thought it would be best to get my blog done early for today. /

Creo que este será el informe final de situación que se ve en esto, creo que probablemente será capaz de terminar este dibujo esta noche. I actually feel like I am getting somewhere with this drawing now! Just had another commission through for a young horse foal. Looking forward to that one as well. I have some lovely ones waiting to be done, a labrador, a lovely cat, young foal and a whippet (when I have taken the photos of her!)

De hecho, me siento como si estuviera llegando a alguna parte con este dibujo ahora! Sólo había otra comisión a través de un potro de caballos jóvenes. En espera de que uno también. Tengo algunos entrañables a la espera de hacer, un labrador, un gato hermoso, potro joven y un galgo (cuando me he tomado las fotos de ella!)
